Text Box: Open from 6 am to 12 pm every Sunday the Bundaberg Shalom Markets have been the biggest and best known markets in this region of Queensland for many years. Situated within the grounds of the Shalom College the school grounds come alive with hundreds of stalls offering a fantastic variety of goods for sale. Fill a bigger bag for less has been the long standing motto as the abundance of fresh local fruit and vegetables is amazing. The variety continues with all manner of stalls, entertainment and delicious food all waiting for you to sample. There are so many stalls for craft, home made cakes, fresh hot golden donuts, sweets, toys, fresh flowers, sewing, local honey, hardware, pet supplies, poultry, furniture, giftware, leadlight, Jewellery, gem stones, books, pot plants, woodwork, art supplies, clocks. There is the old favorite trash and treasure with secondhand home wares, tools, clothes and even the odd kitchen sink.
